Step Three
Over today and tomorrow, answer all of the questions asked under each topic on the webquest.
Answer each of these questions in complete sentences. You do NOT have to use ACE but you should restate the question in your answer for every question. Your answers must also be complete, clear, and well explained.
As you can see in the Google Doc, each topic will be separated.
Third Period, what I want you to do is make each topic its own paragraph. This means you will put all of the answer for that topic together. Make sure the paragraph fits together and do not forget to indent each new paragraph/topic. If you need to, you can make more than one paragraph per topic but each paragraph should be at least five sentences long.
If done correctly, you should end up with at least five full paragraphs, one under each topic header.
Fifth Period, what I want you to do is answer each question separately under its correct topic header. Please make sure you number each answer and put all of the answers in order.
Third & Fifth Period, For every proper use of ACE you can receive the potential of five extra credit points.
This is due at the end of your period on Friday and will be included in your progress report grade next week. Any plagiarism will be given an automatic zero on the entire assignment.

FRIDAY
First Period:
Finish the assignment you started yesterday. It is due by 3 pm today. I took a look at your progress yesterday and you guys are doing great. I also left some constructive comments for you guys.
Fourth Period:
***IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS***
Yesterday you were supposed to FINISH the assignment and share it with me to be graded. Two people received a passing grade.
-About ten of you did not share the assignment with me at all
-A few of you simply copied each other
-Too many of you did not complete the work
-Many of you did the assignment incorrectly
So is here is what we're going to do. Today's assignment will be yesterday's assignment. This work is due at the end of class, is worth 25 points, and will be included in your next progress report.
You may NOT work with anyone else today due to the lack of work done yesterday. This means you should work silently and independently the entire class period.
Whatever points you earned based off of yesterday's work will be counted as extra credit and added to this assignment's final grade.
IF YOU DO NOT TURN THIS ASSIGNMENT IN BY THE END OF THE CLASS PERIOD, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PERMANENT ZERO ON IT.
Now, to make things more clear, for this assignment you are NOT using the "Dog vs Cat" debate. Instead, you will click on the link provided in the Google Doc and pick a topic between #1 and #20 to write about.
